Informational Writing for Kids- Episode 1: What Is It?

I am sharing this link with you because this is the type of writing that we are focusing on this quarter. The children and I have been talking about informational writing for a few weeks, but writing is way different than talking. We are going to be digging deeper and trying again. Jumping from narrative to informational writing can be confusing because up to now, the kids have grown used to writing their likes and dislikes, not just facts.
